Are You Ready To Change Your Perspective About Yoga?

Namaste,

Let us understand the process of yoga and its true essence

Take Away the fundamental aspect of Yoga: I believe its a

journey is not something that we do, it has

transformed my life and it will change yours

too, once you understand its actual aspect.

In todays modern world, many of them say that…

I want to do yoga

I am doing yoga

I used to do yoga,

I am not flexible can I do yoga?

I am overweight can I do yoga & so on…

What Is yoga?

Yoga is a state that you experience, it’s something that you don’t do. Everyone can experience this state.

In fact, When I started my journey 15 years back I used to think the same, that I am doing yoga. Still, as time passed my Gurus explained to me and gave me this clarity on yoga, that yoga is not something that we do or practice, But it is a spiritual discipline and very subtle science.

It is an art of living, a philosophy of life, yoga is something which connects you to your inner self, it’s a journey of life. In fact, many think Yoga is all about physical exercise for weight loss, flexibility etc. which it is not.

Know How to change our perspective about yoga

Change your perspective towards yoga by understanding that yoga is not something that we do instead its the yogic practices that we practice to live a life in harmony & balance.

The term yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root “Yuj” which means to unite, connect individual consciousness to super consciousness, or say union of mind & body.

B.K.S Iyengar Guruji says;

Yoga is like music. The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul creates the symphony of life.”

Finally, I will say Yoga is a Marga (Path) and its final Goal is towards Moksha (self realization, liberation from all sufferings from the material world and from Birth & Death).

So lets spread this awareness about yoga and start living a yogic life to bring peace and harmony in our lives“.
