,Guided meditation and Yoga philosophy  as yoga is an art of living it touches our life at all levels physical, mental and spiritual levels.

Sahitya yoga sessions are the perfect blend of yogic practices which help everyone to live life in harmony, it is a holistic approach.

The daily yoga sessions are conducted 5 days a week and each session are designed for physical and mental health benefits.

Batches

Early morning: 5:30am To 6:30am only Virtual Session

Mid morning : 10:30 to 11: 30am Virtual & Offline

Evening : 5 to 6 pm Virtual & Offline Session.

Asana practice (40 mins), to build strength , stamina, endurance , stability &
flexibility as its by product.

Deep Relaxation Technique (10 mins) To relax and rejuvenate yourself after
practice of asana.

Tuesday

With Priyanka Sheth

This session is specially designed for breath regulation, various yogic breathing
techniques along with hanuman namaskar are practiced in this session. It is one
of the most important session

The most awaited Guided meditation sessions in the mid-week will help you to rejuvenate yourself, it will calm your mind increase your concentration & awareness helps you to focus well.

Dhyana Mantra Bhagvad Geeta -6.15
शनैः शनैरुपरमेद् बुद्ध्या धृतिगृहीतया। आत्मसंस्थं मनः कृत्वा न किञ्चिदपि चिन्तयेत्।। 6.25।।

Meaning: With the intellectset in steadiness,with the mind fastened on the self, let us calm down the mind againand again and attain (quietude by degress), let us not think of anything.

Sivananda Yoga Asana, pranayam practice by ending the session with om/soham
mantra chanting to keep your self calm, stress free,grateful for small things and
big things for a happy weekend.
