"I wanted to do yoga in person and not online but then my friend told me just take a trial class from sahityayoga as priyanka is good at online teaching too. As Priyanka and I live in different cities.
When I started yoga online with Priyanka it didn't feel like online as if I am in my offline class she is excellent with her instructions and knowledge about yoga. She not only does practicals in class but teaches us in depth about why are we doing it and what are the benefits of yoga in theory too.

I have practised yoga for three months with my instructor and in those three months, I saw visible results. My cycle was irregular due to pcos becoming regular. My body strength improved and it felt much lighter. Higher energy levels than before as well. Yoga has been a blessing in life and I wish it upon everyone else.
