My Journey

I am a certified yoga sadhaka and yoga educator, Yogakshema teacher training institute ,500 hours TTC in hatha yoga therapy, a home maker and a mother based in India. My journey as a yoga practitioner started in the year 2009, when I started practicing asana, pranayama, yoga nidra and mantra japa. I was looking forward to learn more in the path of yoga for spiritual development and by God’s grace, I learnt a lot under the guidance of various yoga teachers I met. The journey of learning still continues….

In the year 2018 I did a yoga teacher training course and started my teaching journey. A passion to learn and share the knowledge of yoga marga increased day by day. Currently, I am pursuing my Bsc in yoga from svyasa university, Bangalore. Since learning never ends, besides being an instructor, I am still a student under my Guru’s guidance.

My motto is to help everyone live a life in harmony and balance. I believe that yoga is not something we do, but a way of living life consciously to live our chaotic daily life stress free.

In modern-day Lifestyle, we are always hastened, and we forget to relax our body and mind, We are least concerned about our physical and mental health.
